Our subscription is fully flexible so you can change box size, meals and delivery frequency to suit your needs.
No, there is no minimum commitment period. The subscription can be cancelled or paused at any time.
You can determine the box size when you create your delivery schedule. The subscription has a minimum order quantity of 6 products per delivery.
We know that tastes and cravings can change. You can adjust your box size and add or replace new bowls any time with just one click through your account.
The day before your delivery date, we package your order in our warehouse and hand it over to our shipping partner. Our frozen meals are shipped using sustainable insulation and cooling elements via insured frozen shipping. Please ensure you are available at the time of delivery to receive your package (you can find the time window in the tracking link). For deliveries within Germany, you can narrow the delivery time window further and select a pre-12-noon delivery for an additional fee.
We generally do not deliver on Mondays, public holidays, or the business day immediately following a public holiday.
You are afraid that you will miss your delivery date? Don't worry, we will send you a reminder in advance. You can still make changes and adjustments at short notice.
You will select your first delivery date when you place your first order. You can then adjust the delivery interval any time in your account. Based on your delivery interval, all upcoming delivery dates will be suggested to you. You will receive a notification before each upcoming delivery.
Our meals are packaged in practical, flexible pouches. Each portion measures 26 cm x 23.5 cm and is 2.5 cm thick. Thanks to the flexible packaging, the pouches can be stacked efficiently.
