Apple Cinnamon Porridge is 100% plant-based and naturally vegan, and it contains no dairy, so it is naturally lactose-free. All ingredients are naturally gluten-free, but since we cannot guarantee the absence of trace cross-contamination during production, we do not label it as “gluten-free.”

Yes. All grains and seeds are from controlled organic farming. The porridge is produced in a small-scale manufacturing site in Germany. We use freeze-dried organic raspberries sourced from Poland and sprouted ingredients from different EU countries. By focusing on organic ingredients, short supply chains within the EU, and small-batch production, we aim to offer a product that’s better for you and more considerate of the planet.

With a serving size of about 50 g (3–4 heaping tablespoons), each bag provides 8 portions, making Red Berry Porridge a premium, nutrient-dense breakfast for around €1.63 per serving.
